DFT 160 - Technical Mathematics for Advanced Manufacturing 5 Total Credits The course begins with a review of arithmetic operations and progresses through multiplication of fractions and whole numbers, to converting fractions to decimals, applying accuracy, precision, and different forms of measurement, solving algebraic equations, and learning and applying trigonometry to solve right triangles in practical engineering design problems. (formerly AMATH 175J)
