WELDS 126 - Decorative Blacksmithing - 40 Hours

Students learn the lexicon of blacksmithing using the safe and proper use of smithing tools and equipment, as well as the fundamentals of forming, shaping, and connecting steel. Students make basic tools, apply decorative and practical smithing techniques, and become familiar with today’s leaders in the field. Returning students build metal projects from classic designs, using skills they learned in previous classes. Supply fee: $25.00.
