BAKS 144 - Really Quick Breads from Dawn to Dusk

Chef Malinda Pryde shows how you can enjoy the fragrance and flavor of fresh baked breads in your home everyday with only minutes of preparation.  Using a step-by-step hands-on process, students learn how to prepare baked goods such as mini-muffins (with dozens of variations), German Puff Pancakes, elegant Gougère, Cheddar-Herb Beer Bread and other warm tasty treats. Supply cost of $10.00 included in the tuition fee.
