Boehm’s head candy maker, Monty Simpson, introduces you to the basic techniques in working with chocolate. Students participate in this fun, hands-on class that demonstrates how to properly melt, temper, and dip your own candy centers for delicious, professional chocolate candies. All aspects of combining chocolate and other simple ingredients to make sweet, tasty treats are covered. Supply cost is included in the tuition fee.
