What a better way to ring in the holiday season then with hand made candies to give as gifts or serve at your holiday party. We’ll spend 2 evenings up to our elbows in sweets creating hand dipped chocolate truffles, creamy caramels and caramelized ginger and more. With a little effort you can create sensational treats that rival the expensive boutique candy shops. Please bring a clean apron to class. Supply fee included in the tuition fee.
