Come explore the world of chocolate up close and personal. Monty Simpson, Head Candy Maker at Boehm’s Candies and owner of the Traveling Chocolate Company, will lead this course through all things chocolate. Join us as we make delicious truffles, taste exotic chocolates from around the world, molding and dipping techniques.
