Instructor Anna Kline, Pastry Chef from Mirabella Bakery, will share her secrets and talents in how to successfully prepare a variety of homemade French pastries. Her industry experience and excellent teaching style will make this fun hands-on learning environment a great place to learn the basics to advanced techniques on how to make pastries in your own kitchen. Recipes and pastries that will be reviewed and prepared are napoleons, fruit tarts and eclairs, just to name a few. Register early as class size will be limited and this class is sure to be a favorite! Bring your apron and sweet tooth! Supply cost is included in the tuition fee.
