Students have the opportunity to work effectively with co-workers, customers, and others in the workplace. Topics include cultural sensitivity, sexual harassment, team playing, supporting fellow workers and leadership.

Practice and effectively prevent sexual harassment according to Renton Technical College standards and legal standards.
Demonstrate effective leadership skills according to Renton Technical College Bakery standards.
