Students learn to communicate effectively with medical offices, customers, patients, and co-workers both orally and in writing. Students learn to present a professional image in appearance and behavior. Students will practice and demonstrate a respectful attitude when interacting and communicating verbally and in writing when dealing with diverse populations.
