A native of Kuala Lumpur, Christina Francis is the daughter of a well-known spice merchant and caterer in Malaysia. Christina teaches with boundless passion and energy. She will introduce you to herbs and spices that flavor the exotic Southeast Asian cuisine. If you are challenged with “no time to cook,” Christina will share time shaving tips on how to prepare delicious Thai food favorites that utilize herbs and spices. Students will have the opportunity to prepare easy and delicious new recipes such as: spicy green apple and mango salad, beef noodle bowl, savory stuffed omelette, prawn in karrif lime and red curry, lemongrass and honey glazed spare ribs and phad thai with fresh noodles, Bangkok style.
