CULS 156 - European Cuisine Credits 1 Take a culinary journey through Europe with stops in Italy, France, Germany, and Spain. Traditional cooking methods, spices, and flavors will be explored. Each night learn the history and culture of Europe through food as you prepare various main courses. Supply cost is included in the tuition fee.
