CULS 143 - Quick & Easy Thai Favorites II

This class is an extension of Quick and Easy Thai Favorites I. A native of Kuala Lumpur, Christina Francis is the daughter of a well-known spice merchant and caterer in Malaysia. Christina teaches with boundless passion and energy. She will introduce you to herbs and spices that flavor the exotic Southeast Asian cuisine. If you are challenged with “no time to cook,” Christina will share time shaving tips on how to prepare delicious Thai food favorites that utilize herbs and spices. Students will have the opportunity to prepare easy and delicious new recipes. Supply cost is included in the tuition fee.
