CULS 128 - Vegetarian Comfort Foods

Would you like to cut down on meat dishes but still have the rich flavors and textures of menu classics? Learn how to create delicious vegetarian meals from scratch. Using vegetarian versions of old-fashioned favorites and international ethnic dishes, students create delectable, meatless dinners in an atmosphere of learning and exploration. Students will take with them not only wonderful recipes, but confidence in cooking vegetarian meals. Please bring a clean apron and knife to class. Supply cost is included in the tuition fee.
