CULS 111 - Pasta & Pizza From Scratch

In this class we’ll discover and students will participate in how to make handmade pasta and pizza dough. Using the freshest ingredients and a few basic tools, learn how to create impressive dinners for family and friends. With a hands-on approach we’ll learn how to shape our pasta into noodles, tortellini, ravioli, and lasagna and different types of pizza dough for both grilled and baked pizza. Once you know the secrets to these simple healthy dough’s you can turn out a week’s worth of dinners in an afternoon. Please bring a clean apron and knife to class. Supply cost is included in the tuition fee.
