People eat with their eyes and visual appeal is the first determining factor in our enjoyment of the foods we eat; it sets the stage for the first bite. This class gives you the opportunity to look at each plate and plater as your canvas. We will discuss and execute creative plating techniques, fun and fancy garnishes, sauce art and design simple yet elegant platters for any occasion. Supply cost is included in the tuition fee.
