AUTC 180 - Human Relations/Customer Relations

Students learn to interview customers, determine needed automotive repairs, and prepare a complete repair order with clear terms and descriptions of needed repairs/services. Conflict resolution, employer/employee relationships, sexual harassment, and other workplace issues are covered.

Prerequisite(s): AUTC 101  , AUTC 112  , AUTC 117  , AUTC 171  .

Course Outcomes
  • Demonstrate conflict resolution techniques with customers and co-workers per NATEF guidelines.
  • Demonstrate respectful behavior to customers and service personnel per NATEF guidelines.
