CSI 250 - Rich Internet Applications

This course introduces the technologies of a rich internet application. Topics may include JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, Node.js, AJAX, and the data-interchange format such as JSON, as well as the ASP.NET MVC framework.

Prerequisite(s): Completion of CSI 242 with a 2.0 or higher.

Course Outcomes

Explain the concept of a rich Internet user experience.
Use JavaScript, JSON, jQuery or AngularJS to create an application with API services.
Develop and test responsive Model View Controller (MVC) web applications using HTML5, CSS3 and an API as the database model.
