CULS 123 - The Art of Sushi Credits 1 Join Chef Sutherland on the brief history of sushi, identify different sushi rice cooking techniques, different seasoning methods, how to roll seaweed rolls, how to make inside out rolls, prepare vegetables and cooked items for sushi. This course will take you through the basics of rolling different types of sushi to the advanced cutting and preparing different types of sushi grade fish and higher art sushi.
