Introduction to the communication skills needed to locate, interview for, and negotiate employment in the construction, maintenance, and manufacturing trades. Human relatons in the workplace are covered under such topics as goal setting, time management, sexual harassment prevention, and effective communication are covered. Students develop a job search plan, resume, and cover letter.
