MAP 280 - Legal Aspects of Health Care Reimbursement

This course introduces the relationships between reimbursement and administrative rules and procedures; professional liability; intentional and unintentional torts; contracts. Administrative compliance and procedures are emphasized, incorporating Medicare changes, edits and other compliance issues. Ethical issues regarding reimbursement also are covered.
